Publication day for AGENT NOMAD

Hooray! It’s finally publication day for Agent Nomad: The Eleventh Hour. It’s such a joy to hold the final product in my hands:

From today, The Eleventh Hour is officially available in bookshops and online around Australia.

Some lovely early reviews are starting to appear. Here are a few snippets (with links to full reviews):

“London, sorcery, gut-wrenchingly evil villains and a pretty damn awesome teenage Aussie heroine? Sign me up!” — Amy, CBCA Reading Time

“Agent Nomad will appeal to all your fantasy lovers who enjoy magic, adventure and a strong story line.” — Michelle, Lamont Standing Orders

“The Eleventh Hour is an engaging, fast-paced story with heart-stopping action and heart-warming friendships.” — Angelique, Books and Publishing

I owe a massive thanks to my agent, Rick Raftos, as well as the wonderful team at Penguin Random House Australia. Without them, this book would still just be a Word document on my computer.

To my readers — thank you, as always, for your kind messages and emails. I’m so happy and excited to share this new adventure with you.

And now… let the mission begin!

TV Interview… plus SLIME!

Hi everyone!

Yesterday I was interviewed by the hilarious team from Studio 3 (ABC3). We chatted about my books and I completed a fun author challenge, which involved quite a lot of green slime being dumped on my head!

If you’re in Australia and you’d like to watch the fun, my interview (and sliming!) is due to air during Book Week later this month. Tune into ABC3 from 4:45 pm on Wednesday 26 August.

sliming skye

Thanks to the team at ABC3 for having me; I had a blast!

…………………..

And now for a completely unrelated side note…

I’d also like to thank all the awesome readers who have sent me emails recently. I always try to reply, but occasionally after hitting ‘Send’ I receive an error message stating that your email address doesn’t exist. (Presumably due to typos when the address is entered into my website’s contact form.)

If you’ve emailed me and haven’t received a reply, I’m really sorry and just wanted to let you know the reason. Every email means a lot to me and I truly appreciate your kind words about the books. Thank you!
